Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup GF whole rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened (vanilla or original flavor) almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- Optional: 1 tablespoon cacao nibs, 1 teaspoon espresso powder, or 2 tablespoons berries
Directions:
- Combine all into jar or container, stir together until evenly distributed and mixed.
- Place in fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Stir before eating, top with any desired nuts, seeds, nut butter or fruit.
