Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup GF whole rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened (vanilla or original flavor) almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon cacao nibs, 1 teaspoon espresso powder, or 2 tablespoons berries


  • Combine all into jar or container, stir together until evenly distributed and mixed.
  • Place in fridge for at least 8 hours.
  • Stir before eating, top with any desired nuts, seeds, nut butter or fruit.
  • Enjoy!
