This is the perfect recipe when you’re craving greasy food but don’t want to go way off your meal plan. This recipe is dairy free, gluten free & free of artificial ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 2 gold yukon potatoes
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary (or herb of your choice)
- pinch paprika
Directions:
- Wash/scrub & slice potatoes into long strips, about 1/2″ wide (you can peel the potatoes if you wish, I personally don’t mind the skins on).
- Place potatoes into bowl of cold water as you slice them.
- Add 5-6 ice cubes and place bowl in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Take potatoes out of bowl and pat dry with a towel.
- Toss potatoes in separate bowl with oil and seasonings and arrange in single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping potatoes to other side after 20 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice & enjoy!
