Crispy Oven Baked Fries

This is the perfect recipe when you’re craving greasy food but don’t want to go way off your meal plan. This recipe is dairy free, gluten free & free of artificial ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 2 gold yukon potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary (or herb of your choice)
  • pinch paprika

Directions:

  • Wash/scrub & slice potatoes into long strips, about 1/2″ wide (you can peel the potatoes if you wish, I personally don’t mind the skins on).
  • Place potatoes into bowl of cold water as you slice them.
  • Add 5-6 ice cubes and place bowl in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 
  • Take potatoes out of bowl and pat dry with a towel.
  • Toss potatoes in separate bowl with oil and seasonings and arrange in single layer on a baking sheet. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping potatoes to other side after 20 minutes.  
  • Serve with dipping sauce of your choice & enjoy!
