Still convinced gluten-free / plant-based are just BS trends?
While I don’t label my eating habits, I have been primarily plant-based and gluten-free for almost two years and have noticed TREMENDOUS improvements in my RA flare ups. Countless studies have proven that a plant-based diet supports anti-inflammation in the gut which can greatly decrease symptoms of autoimmune disease and decrease risk of developing co-morbidities.
I’m not here to persuade you to eat a certain way. I am here to show you that plant-based, gluten-free food can be just as flavorful and satisfying (if not more) than conventional preparations and is much more beneficial to your well being.
